Recharged the slug traps. They are catching dozens of slugs. Next year I'll have to put them out earlier...before the plants go out. Also staked both peony (festiva maxima) bud.
Did some searching on the web. Milkweed harbors the Cucumber Mosaic virus which can also affect tomatoes. I looked at the damage again though and it still looks like herbicide to me. I can't understand why only those two plants. If someone sprayed, I'd think at least the grape would be affected as it appears to have shielded the milkweed.
