Sunday will be two weeks for the graft. So far it is OK...it's been shrinking slightly so I don't think it has taken but there are still live buds. Brought it inside a few days ago because it's been around 90F for several days in row. Been misting it once every day.

Had a problem with my camera so I'll have to re-take pictures. Actually had two problems, both of which I've experienced before. Understand the cause now though so shouldn't happen again.

Put manure on my three Blue River II plants. All three survived the winter. They all froze to the ground and came up late. The seedlings I planted in pots took a long time to germinate also. I almost think I see seedlings in the garden also.

Got my daylily order earlier this week. Put them in a pot temporarily. The bonus is a strong yellow...having trouble remembering the name...definitely need to put out a marker for it. Was going to plant them all along the fence but decided to put some sedum there. Probably can squeeze one or tow in. Others will go around the wisteria tree and...??? Maybe it's time to enlarge another bed...
